Big Sam Moving will work with any mortgage company or bank on an individual contract basis to pack, move, and store the possessions of evicted tenants in the New York City / New Jersey area. We provide professional packing and moving services, and interim storage in our convenient Jersey City, New Jersey warehouse located 1/4 mile from the Holland Tunnel. The major complaint of people who have been suddenly evicted is that they do not have access to their belongings piecemeal; many moving companies hired by banks and mortgage companies to evict tenants require that all the person's possessions be removed at once. They usually also require unreasonable advance notice, and do not operate during non-business hours or on weekends. In addition, tenants are sometimes evicted with little or no notice, or without their presence, and must have immediate access to their property for work clothes, tools, medication, etc. Our warehouse is manned 24 hours / 7 days, and we will allow evicted tenants access to their personal property with reasonable notice. We will also allow non-business hours and weekend access for those who must work during the day. We provide interim storage at reasonable rates, and can relocate the evicted tenant anywhere within the Continental United States.
